Does anyone have any wool from the following sheep: Romney, Merino or Jacob? Do they have different properties?

Yes, both, have Romney live and on the hoof as well. :D

Merino is a finer micron wool fibre and Romney isn't as fine with a tighter crimp or curl.
This is "as a rule" and there are a lot of exceptions to wool rules. Perindale is a happy medium between the two.

I have Merino wool in about 3-4 colors now. I just got two in the mail. It is soft, and it will absorb water. Do you need some?

Full O' Sheep yarn is what I have. I bought the first batch of it locally at a hobby store... I think it was Hobby Lobby. They no longer have it. Sadly they have discontinued this yarn altogether, and I mean the maker. I got two colors on Ebay. There is another called Merino Luxe that looks good though.
