Ruard - Sulphurs were a big hit during last years Roscoe trip. If they are coming off during this years trip (slightly earlier in the season), your flies should be very effective. Beautiful flies, every one.

These are all very nice, Ruard. I would suggest having these in Sizes 14 an 16.

Superb looking series of the one pattern, I like the thought you have put into the variations and feel that often it is better to stock a fly box with subtle variations of patterns rather than regimented rows of carbon copies.
Of course that is also my excuse for never being able to turn out two flies that look the same!

Very buggy, flowing bodied flies Ruard, they should do well for you no matter where fished.

Ruard,

Great looking Sulphurs! I'll bet they are a hit with the Catskill trout around the time of our Flymph Gathering.

Thank you for posting them.

Best,

Tim

Ruard,
WOW! These look fantastic! Bill knocked our socks off with a Sulphur wet fly last year in Roscoe. It was wonderful to watch him do his good pleasure to the dis-pleasure of so many trout!
Ruard, please keep posting anything that comes out of your vice! We look forward to seeing all the good works that you tie!
Your pal,
Doug

Thank you all for the nice words. I shall tie a few also on a B175 #16, but i like the most the tying with the gold holotinsel as thread in the dubbing brush.

Bill where there any insects that are yellow when you were in Roscoe last year.??

greeting

Nice Ruard.

Is the hook really Kamasan B175, looks like a straight eye hook on the photos.

Great photos Ruard! I would hate to choose between any of those patterns. They all look like producers.
