Isonichia.
Hook: Hayabusha 390 #12
Thread: Sheer 14/0 yellow
Tail: 5 or 6 pheasant tail fibers
Body: Pheasant tail fibers
Rib: Claret saddle hackle ( first make it halve and then take your scissors and make the fibers 2 mm)
Back: yellow floss
Thorax: dubbing tan possum
Hackle: Furnace Hen neck (half) ( Two windings on the head and then to the end of the Thorax)
Back: yellow floss.

Very well crafted Ruard. I can see some good thought put into this one. I need to start working on some boxes for the spring trip as well.

Oh yeah! That is going to be a productive fly. Very cool interpretation of a isonychia. I can see a lot of though went into this pattern.

Ruard, that's a clever rib and a great looking fly. The overall effect of this should be very mobile. Pack em and bring em.

Ruard, I have never seen an ISO fly or nymph, but that doesn't mean I cant admire your pattern. Very well done sir.

Ruard, that is a real beaut.
I always struggle when tying flies with clipped body hackle and full length wingcases to get proportions looking right, you have nailed it. Well done.
