I don't know why this is different in appearance than the brown flymph I posted and why all the image code is appearing. I am over my depth, it appears.

The URL is weird, but the flymph is great! I have been tieng some SH Mysis Shrimp with the cream hackle.

The other thing I have been doing with it is coloring individual hackles with a Sharpie..Kind of a lazy mans dye job.

To eliminate the line of code showing, use the 5th Image link down on PhotoBucket. It has the title "IMG Code".

Nice looking bug, by the way. Makes me want to get out my cream neck and get busy.

Another beautifully formed flymph, John. Love the fly and the pics. My first thought when I saw it was to rub a pinch of frogs Fanny in the body and fish it higher in the surface. I kill on some occasions with a bright flymph floating high with all it's action. This would be a great fly fort lots of conditions.

Thanks for the kind comments. I had not really intended to include a link, but I guess it is all right.

Nice work John, liking the proportions and the fact you are way better than I at keeping the eye clear on a TUE hook! ;)

John,
You are singing my song with the cream flymph you have tied and posted! I have had such great sucess with this pattern over the years. Your pattern is just great! Have you tried it out on your local waters just yet?
Have you had any trouble finding an all cream (I used to call them tan but that was not quite right) hen neck? Our mutual pal Bill Shuck secured a wonderful "Honey Dun" neck for me in 2010 and I have been using it on tan flymphs ever since. It is absolutely gorgeous and the two-toned feathers really do look more real than just the all cream feathers that I previously used. I was just wondering if the all cream necks are still out there and still available?
Good job friend! I hope you gain a long term respect for these little cream flavored gems like I have.
Keep us fed, your work is excellent!

Thanks Doug! The hackle is a gift from DUBBN. I have not had a chance to try it out yet, but hope to when trout season arrives. Thanks for your encouraging words. :)
