Sweet and subtle, like the way the peacock hero just adds that touch of glitz to the earthy tones.

Roger this is really a great pattern. I like the subtleness of the colors and the bugginess of the pattern. It isn't far off from the fly that served me well in Roscoe this Spring. I'm going to tie up a few of these. Thanks for sharing. I'm thinking a light ginger or white sparse tail addition. You did a fine job on the photographing as well.

Great-looking pattern. I think you did an outstanding job with the starling hackle, which always gives me fits because it's so brittle. What's your secret?
