Very nice. :)
I use a similar (but not as well tied) pattern here in spinner falls. You remember the colour of the spinners on the Mataura? ;)

Does the thread darken to a Mahogany red/brown when wet?

Saw the name and thought hummm, Some red, a bit of gray and
perhaps a wee touch of black. Then it appeared and ... I'm impressed!
