VERY nice Ruard.....i know it'd work as a March Brown Emerger. i'd lay $ on it. Thing is, bringing myself to use my Argus for such a purpose..... :D.....when i can just as easily accomplish the same thing using a goose biot. :P.....or any number of other materials. It sure looks great, but Argus is so expensive. And i can't imagine a fish gives a flyin' crap what you use.

Ruard,
This is just awesome! I really like it's sleek look. Have you soaked one in your favorite waters?
Always a fan,

How did I miss this one? Lovely fly Ruard. I practically started drooling when I saw the Argus feather you used to create the body. Stunning!

Ruard, Howdy,

That is a beautiful fly. NO DOUBT!
You're saying that you used just ONE (1), element from the long side of that feather to make the body?
My mind (such as it is), boggles ... :) Actually, I think it sounds more like a dry pea banging about inside a soup can

Thank you,
hank
