Hackle: Whiting Coq de Leon hen, dark pardo
Body: Argentinean hare, medium olive
Hotspot loop: Acrylic yarn, single ply, chartreuse

Love it! You could fish this fly a number of different ways. As soon as I saw the hotspot loop, I started thinking about how it could be dressed lightly with floatant to make the fly suspend at the surface, or how the fly would capture a nice air bubble and look like an insect emerging out the back of the wing pad.
