cicvara, I have yet to try a woven body, but those are very convincing as a caddis body type. How long does that take to tie?

Hi, not much longer than making a simple, if I get today I will take pictures and ask how it is not difficult just a little patience.

Thank you for the extra photos. I can clearly understand your technique. Leaving the small bit of quill to hold the fibers is very clever. Thanks for sharing.
