Not palmered, but do the the name Cochy-Bondhu ring a familiar bell?

Ray, I haven't tied it with a tail. I Palmer the hackle back and when I tie it off and clip it, I just leave a couple hackle fibers protruding out the back for a hint of a tail. A tail would look nice, not sure it would increase take, but ?
