Beautiful fly. The body is so cool! I have never seen bleached and dyed peacock herl before. Did you do that yourself, or did you buy it that way? Either way it is very cool.

Sulpher was the first thing that popped into my head when i seen that...........like we (Jerry Gonzalas and the Fort Apache' Band), used to say, "i seented it.....and i likeded it."
seems amazing that Peacock herl will even survive bein' bleeched.........pretty incredable.

Yes, that would make an outstanding sulphur... A question: is that one herl palmered up toward the eye, or did you make a chenille out of a few herls and wrap up?

Very nicely done. I have seen dyed peacock but not the bleached and dyed. Very cool.
