Body: golden pheasant tail fibers with copper wire
Thorax: light hare's mask

Like virtually all of your dressings, Carl, this one simply hollers "Bite Me" in troutese. Boy, would I ever like to get a chance to paw through your fly boxes ...

Nice tie Carl, In my "den" (thank you Doug) there is a piece of the golden pheasant tail, inspired to use it soon!!

Thanks gals and guys,
I really like the GPT and use it quite a bit along with the standard pheasant tail. It sure creates and nice mottled look. It's great for representing caddis cases as well. I had completely forgot about this pattern until rereading "The Addict"
