Some more spiders

Post by DNicolson » Fri Apr 29, 2011 6:58 pm

The first two are influenced by William's Wire Spiders.
I have had the witr for a couple of years and had not used it.
A great idea, thanks William.

Wow, those are terrific spiders Donald! I love the range of colors you used. I think I could fish very successfully all season, with only these flies to choose from.

I find that mine are still in kindergarden and are looking forword to the next few years of education...
Don't think i could chose a favorite from that group. All nicley dressed and ready for swim.

Oh my! That's an impressive array of arachnids you've woven on our web(site), Donald.

I went through an intense fly dressing stage a few years back, 2004/5/6, I was going to
call the site 'Arachnophilia' at one stage.

Donald, these should work out very nicely. I did finally get some black wire, and I'll definitely tie up a number just like these when I finish playing with the cool new waterhen feathers I just got. I really like the camel dubbing. I have a pinch somewhere, I think. I looked over the flies casually and thought they were nice, then I did a double take when I didn't immediately recognize the dubbing. Glad I looked. I want to try these.
