Bill - Are you still dying pig dubbing and classic Berlin wool? If yes, how much do you get for a complete set of each? I'd also like to know how much you get for the special dubbing wax that Ron (REE) mentioned last winter.

Bill - What kind of container does the liquid wax come in? How is it used? I assume that the liquid wax is different than the tyers wax. I have never used liquid wax, so I would appreciate any tip you can provide about using it.

Hi Ray,
Thank you for the interest in my stuff. At the moment I have one package of the pig's wool left. I hope to have more available soon. I have plenty of the Berlin wool. The price is the same as on John's site. I sell the tin of wax for $4.95. The liquid wax comes in a 1 oz bottle. If you ever used the old Hunter's liquid wax you will remember what a mess it was to use. You had to wait several minutes to let it get tacky. My wax uses alcohol as a solvent so it dries rapidly. If you make a dubbing loop the wax will hold the dubbing in place and as soon as you twist the loop the wax sets so it doesn't unwind. It's best to apply it with a toothpick(I use round). A dubbing needle doesn't hold as much. The liquid wax is $6.95 but the downside is that it can only ship UPS. BTW, John should have both waxes available but he hasn't listed them yet. Bill
