Lovely set of flys, scotfly. I've been away on a business trip all week and have been unable to check up on this forum. It was great to finally get to view your flies.

Lovely set of Partridge and (insert color here). It seems to me, on local waters anyway, that hook size 14 is the magic number. More takes on a 14 than on any other size. Is it the same for you?

Depends on what I'm fishing Ron. If it's dries or nymphs then 14's are big. But for wingless wets I'd say yes.
