It does. Ray took a far more subtle approach to the hot spot than I did, using this same pattern. Tough comparison with Tom posting this one. This is a wonderful tie and well photographed. Well done, Tom.

An excellent dressing, there really is a lot of talent on this site. 10/10
I just went to Turton's list to have a look, and this is a very nice variant (?) of the
Purple Midge. I really like this recipe, that is not meant to denigrate the very fine
dressings by 'roadkill'.
