DD, good grief....you know I suffer from CRS don't you? I went in there to get out another 1550 hook, and lo and behold, there were some 1530 hooks in that box. :oops:
I'm gonna try one and see what I think...lol.

Well, yes it could mean that. The first two words are right on. The other word is four letters, and starts with an S. :D

Okay, I was happy with this one. These are two pics of the same fly. I tried the 1530 hook, but I think the 1550 is a little better.

Thanks Kelly! You made me LMAO!!! I really have no problems with the masks. My issue is touching the actual dead animals when they still have their whole bodies attached. I would love to have the guts :lol: to be able to pick up some roadkill or actually be able to just skin an animal. I guess it's just a matter of getting desensitized to it. Funny, I have my gun license and the idea of shooting anything doesn't seem to bother me, just the handling and skinning part. :roll:

Anyway that last fly is just spot on. Very nice!!!

I feel like you do Vicki. I used to hunt, but I never skinned a thing. I haven't hunted in years though. I don't even like to clean fish, but I do it anyway. I am glad you liked the last fly, thanks for letting me know.

I just realized I messed up and didn't put Hare's Lug and Plover on the photos. So I am going to add them here, fixed. Sorry, there was no option to edit that post.

Kelly L., Howdy;

I reckon that when you 'altered' the pix to include the titles it corrupted the originals.
The previous 2 only show a photobucket notice.

Anyway ... beautiful flys. if the mask bothers you turn it so it's looking the other way... chuckle, chuckle :D

Very nice looking ties Kelly, so what part of the Hare mask are you using here, or is it body hair?
(just how many different spellings of Hare can one get in one sentence?) :lol:

Hank - You crack me up! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Kelly - You could also get some of the doll eyes that they sell at Walmart and put them in the little eye sockets. :shock: (just kidding)

Great flies, by the way. Your a natural at wingless wets.
