Makes me wonder what, in this forum, is the maximum number of birds anybody has tied onto one hook. No doubt one of Willowhead's jazz flies would take the prize.

Lance - I don't know if this qualifies as the most birds on one hook, but I posted a pattern quite some time ago called a "Four Bird Soft Hackle". The pattern was made from starling (hackle), ringneck pheasant (tail, back & wing case), turkey (abdomen) & peacock herl (thorax).
