When I read the name, I was expecting it to be a British themed pattern. You know, something with a red coat and one of them big fuzzy black hats. (
well intentioned humor)
I think this would make a great damsel imitation. I picture fishing this fly on a sinking line in still waters. Cast it up toward shore and do a nice slow roll-hand retrieve to deeper water. Hold the rod tip down near the surface of the water and slowly work the fly in. You better have a solid grip on the rod, because some fish is likely to rock your world. FISH ON!!!

Ray is right, would be a great damsel fly imitation. Great how to fish it as well Ray.

I don't know where you fish, lykos33, but I'm almost certain that this fly will draw brook trout to it like a magnet. Great color scheme!
