Super attractive flies, L. I love seeing the hint of the silk core thru the dubbing. Nice balance.

Both very nice variations of a fly we seldom use here. I have been working on some for a trip to Iron Blue country later in the year, some nice inspiration here.

I'm partial to the color combination of the second one, but both of these are excellent. The proverbial apple falling not far from the tree comes to mind ...

Both eye-catchers (mine and I'm sure the fish).
Lovely hooks, gonna have to find some.

I love both flies, but the top one is my favorite. Excellent work!

GD, these certainly have that special style. Nice shots and cool to see such nice work. The first fly has such a, excuse the comparison but it's kind of inevitable, Hidy look to it, I didn't realize for a bit it was a grip hook. The nature of the fly looks great on it. Cool post.

You guys are making me blush.
The encouragement is deeply appreciated, especially since I've seen what you all are tying, and it is miles beyond me. MILES!
I'm having trouble finding tying time, but yesterday I did get my NH, MA, and ME fishing licenses on-line. Three more things checked off my list.
