Hook- Mustad C67S size 14
Thread/Body- UTC 70, Cream...Colored Brown with a Sharpie at tie off point (head)
Overbody- Midge Tubing with an Orange Krystalflash Core
Wingcase- Black Pheasant Tail
Head - Black Hares Ear (underfur from cheek section)
Collar - One turn of dark Furnace hen hackle

I have not found a pattern that I really find effective for the Cream colored Caseless Caddis. I do use a Buckskin nymph, and like it, but I am not certain the fish take it for a Caseless Caddis. I am going to give this pattern a whirl this Spring. I will tye it in a range of sizes 18-10

Thanks for the inspiration Bill (tie2fish) :)

I'll be surprised if the trout don't whack this pattern vigorously! Very nicely conceived and tied, Wayne.

Nice work!
The flash works really well as an underbody and really brings the abdomen to life. Nice pattern.

You are not only crazy..You are fricking nuts! Whats wrong with you? Dry fly fishing and no action?

Quit detracting from my fly patterns..They can fail on their own merit!

Leave me out of this!! :(

That is one mighty fine lookin' fly, my friend. I do believe my local bream population might like a try at something of the sort, too.
Now. Where did I put.....
