Excellent stuff there Jeff. I love how you added flies with them. I especially like that silver body fly, that reminds me of some type of Matuka. Awesome.

Thanks Hank, they are not connected to anyone of particular fame here (that I know of), just series or examples of postage stamps depicting a popular past time here in NZ.
Kelly, I did not add the flies, you buy the sets already mounted in the frames with the stamps and flies already behind the glass, I have no claim to them except purchasing both for very little on the second hand market.
The grey winged streamer is a Matuku, that is our "Grey Ghost".

OH........wow. Thank you for that explanation. I am going to have to tie that pattern one day. I loved them all, but that particular one speaks to me for some reason. I adore it.
