Pink Spider

Post by Hans Weilenmann » Mon Jan 14, 2013 3:50 pm

I have some UTC 140 Waxed Nylon, in fluorescent pink, which I will use to do a video of a bonefish fly the next day or so. I figured I would see how this fairly heavy flat thread might look on a small spider

Still looks pink. ;)
I hate it when I think I'm buying organic vegetables, and when I get home I discover they are just regular donuts.

Really, Carl? LOL

What I meant, of course, is that I was interested to see how the 140 dernier waxed nylon would work to tie a pretty slender spider with. Came out ok.

:D Came out great. Of course with as much praise for the handler of the thread as the thread itself.
