Wayne I haven't fished this hook in this size but with the point almost coming in line with the eye, it narrows the gap for hooking up and the offset point may help. The flies (very old) that Ray is referring to were 20's and 18's, some 16's. A half dozen hooks are offset. I will give them a go tomorrow. Thanks folks!
