Nice effort Glassjet, you must have drunk too much whiskey when u were over here.
I would tend towards a slightly shorter body hackle this will allow cloaked wing to sit better, and a slighly longer, ( ahem ) wing - the profile of yours is tending more towards a bumble than a dabbler. Mind you I would have no qualms in fishing your version.
There are a couple of methods of tying these , as in fully cloaked where the wing is even around the hook, another where the top section is closer to a full mallard wing. The way its tied will decide which position on the leader it operates best.

Playing at the vice with irish wets is very enjoyable, they are some of the most colourful wets u are ever likely to come accross - mind , the more sombre ones are still the best.
