Hans,
I have been thinking all day about the comment at the top of your photo "taking slight liberty
posting this one". And now I am thinking "What the Hey". It's your pattern and I kinda like the name you have given it! It seems appropriate because hardly ever does an animal die cleanly at our hands. Well done Hans!
I hope this doesn't stir up a huge controversy. Please no....

You give me way too much 'deep thinking' credit here
The liberty I referenced was on posting a pattern which stretches the term "flymph" or "wingless wet"...
I have remained very true to the classic naming convention with the "bloody" part, such as Bloody Butcher where scarlet gets added to a rather dour looking Butcher pattern.
