I wouldn't say you are frugal but less waste-full, which I think is a good thing.

Sounds like REE hold on to a nickle til the "Indian" go huntin' for the Buffalo. 
You aint cheap REE.....cheap is a person who wouldn't give a cripple crab a crutch.............wouldn't piss in your ear if your brains were on fire.............that aint you. Besides, i aint never heard nobody say you tighter than a frog's ***hole. 
Course i did order that drum bout 11 years ago.....back then we had plenty dough commin' in.....nowdays i couldn't afford it. So no worries.
