Way to go Ray.........killer stuff. C.B. just a few tips in case you don't already have these down.......very often you wanna work with spilt silk......or fewer than all four strands if rayon. You also might wanna get some silk gloves. And as far as burnishing goes.............to get the absolute best bodies, you have to burnish the thread wraps under the underbody.....then of course burnish the underbody, and finally the body itself. All three layers have to be burnished to get the totally best bodies, smoothness wise. The best burnishers are made of highly polished agate(sp?).....the semi precious stone.....but glass works pretty well, or the metal ones Wasatch makes are very nice. Some people also use a potters tool made of wood, or even a bobbin holder handle. Finally, when your doing your wraps, be sure to slightly wiggle the silk or rayon and sort of "Seat' the fibers (strands), down in the previous layer, or when over lapping. You'll get a much smoother laying down of the material that way.
