Being terribly dyslexic, when I read your post title early this AM I reaad "Moose Hair and Green". It wasn't until I read others replies that I realized that you used Moose Ear hair for the hackle. That's just astounding! Very well done, Hans. That hackle looks perfect in size, shape and distribution around the hook shank. Keep bringing up the odd and unusual materials that challenge the rest of us to try new things.

Been experimenting with Chamois hair as a hackle recently.

Makes for nice emerger style low riding dries...
