Jeff - Thanks to you, I have a small stash of bronze peacock herl and I don't have to be so stingy about tying with it. Beautiful stuff, ain't it?

That it is, I am just glad I made enough noise so that Ma & Pa replaced the lost bird with one carrying the same genetics!
Speaking of which...... must be getting close to tail moulting season.

Perhaps so, but it is temporary and a few tiers far and wide might reap the reward.

Innovative and an aesthetic marvel as well. I hope you fling that around in 18 Mile, the Cat, or at Oak Orchard enough that you can give us a report on how the steelies like it.
