We usually translate OTT as 'over the top', here in the UK.

Ray & Donald, Howdy Both;
Thanks for the "de-coding" both fit in their own ways although in this instance it would appear Ray's is more of a fit.
Will try to keep both in a shoebox near the front of the memory wharehouse...
