I’ve been researching the Breadcrust. I see lots of variation. What is the original pattern? What is a proper breadcrust?
Time for a new thread-let’s not hijack this one.
One of the original tiers was a fellow with the last name Rolka, a Pennsylvanian. Look him up....And somewhere on this Board, Ray posted a picture of one of mine.
