I use a compact version now. Much easier than all the old separate racks etc. This records and masters directly to hard disc, and I can also use various DAW programs etc on my main computers.willowhead wrote:
Mike, first thing popped into my head when i saw your set up, was my old home recording studio i use to have.......sold all the keyboards, drum machines, guitar synths, all MIDI recording software and computer, along with all outboard signal altering devices (FX machines), and other synths, mics, DAT machine, and everything..............spent all that money on materials, hooks, books, artwork, rods, DVD's, and all the rest of it............was a pretty smooth transition, and perfect for retiring at 50.when i hung out the "Gone Fishin'" sign.....it was figurtive, litteral, and permanate.
