Thread: Benecchi 12/0, black
Hackle: Hen, dyed black
Body: Seal's fur, dyed dark claret - in split thread
Legs: Magpie tail barbs, knotted
Hot spot: Goose biot, dyed red - tied short

This is NOT what I expected at all. When I read the name, I was expecting to see a red and white fly (color of stop signs in the US).

This fly is outstanding. What a terrific terrestrial pattern. I love the biot hotspot. Nice!
