There are rows of flies all tied with the Daiichi 1270 (200R) style hooks in this old box.
Honey Speckled Hen and Pheasant 1270
Partridge and Hares Ear 1270
Iron Blue Dun
I ordered a Jackdaw scalp back then, but that was the only game hackle with this dark gray color. I assume that's what this is, although it might have been a gifted hackle feather. Any thoughts?

Whatever it is -- and it looks pretty "ruly" (as opposed to unruly) to be jackdaw -- it is awesome. As a matter of fact, any these three would dress up my fly boxes.

I would have guessed the hackle to be waterhen.
Exemplary set of flies, William. You fish with handsome flies.
