i'm doing an article bout Flymphs in the NAFF (North Arkansas Fly Fishers), newsletter........been sending bits and pieces to be edited together by out President who is also the newsletter editor and the webmaster..........this guy (Mike Tipton) does it all. He's a really good guy who has taken the club to new heights. His leadership helped make the most recent Sowbug Roundup, the BEST ever. Here's a pic of the fly i did for the article..........of course i did it in my fashion..........figured i'd better: to thyn own self be true." Rather than be worried to much bout historical accuracy.........the Leisenring/Hidy book is referenced in the article as is this website............so, folks have plenty of places to go get all the facts.

Tail and hackle are both feathers off a Blue Roller skin.....threw this fly together pretty fast, as in for fishin'.....not for the frame in any way, shape or form.

I see you're coming over to the dark side. Are you going fishing? Nice fly Mark.

That should stir up some piscatorial interest, Mark. I'm thinkin' Daddy Long Legs ...
